Mechanical properties: Hardness: sample heat treatment system and quenching and tempering hardness: ≥ 64HRC
Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: preheating, heating at 1190~1210 ºC (salt bath furnace) or 1200~1220 ºC (box furnace), oil cooling, tempering at 540~560 ºC twice, 2h each time.
